What information do we collect about you?

We collect information about you when you register with us or use our services. We also collect information when you voluntarily complete a web form, provide feedback and participate in events.

Information collected is dependant on whether you are a potential or actual resident, family member or employee. Information will be collected and stored using paper and electronically. Typically as follows;

How will we use the information about you?

We collect information about you to process your enquiries and also in the interests of public safety and crime prevention. If you agree, we will contact you about other services we think may be of interest.

Belvedere Park will not share your information with other organisations for marketing purposes. Third-party suppliers are sometimes used to provide a service you have requested or provide marketing support. For example, you may wish to receive newsletters from us. We supply them with minimal information to fulfil their obligations.

Marketing

We would like to send you information about services which may be of interest to you, but we can only do this if you give us explicit permission. We use a consent service to verify your marketing preferences. This service stores your personal data securely in a UK data centre. You can access this system at any time to review and edit your personal data and marketing preferences. We use your data to customise the marketing messages you receive. If you have consented to receive marketing, you may opt out later. You have a right, at any time, to stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes.

You can update your preferences by contacting us by phone, email or post.

How long will we keep your data?

Access to your information, correction and deletion

You have the right to request a copy of the personal information that we hold about you. We will respond to your request within 30 days. If you would like a copy of some or all of your personal information, please email or write to us. We may make a small charge for this service if multiple requests are made for the same information.

We want to make sure that your personal information is accurate and up to date. You can request us to do it. You can ask for your details to be removed from our system and deleted. On occasion we may need to reject your request. National Data Opt-Out

Belvedere Park reviews all of our data processing on an annual basis to assess if the national data opt-out applies. This is recorded in our Record of Processing Activities. All new processing is assessed to see if the national data opt-out applies.

If any data processing falls within scope of the National Data Opt-Out we use MESH to check if any of our service users have opted out of their data being used for this purpose.

At this time, we do not share any data for planning or research purposes for which the we process on an annual basis to see if this is used for research and planning purposes. If it is, then individuals can decide to stop their information being shared for this purpose. Complaints procedure

If you are unhappy about any aspect of us holding your personal data or how it is used, contact us straight away. We prefer communication to be made in writing so that we have a record of our correspondence.
